Real Y82SE numbers matching engine and trans, low miles.  Coming out of a private collection this car has show quality paint and decals, interior and undercarriage was rust proofed in 1978 so it is also amazing.  Power windows, Hurst T-Tops and original radio.  True Special Edition TA’s this beautiful are rare. Includes the PHS (Pontiac Historic Services) window sticker, showing this car is a true special edition.

This car was delivered to Ontario Canada in 1978.  It has the odometer and speedometer in kilometers – It reads 85,900 Kilometers which calculates to 53,375 Miles. Very Low Miles!  Canadian Trans Am’s are very rare.  I have all the original papers including documentation showing the vehicle was rust proofed when purchased by a man from Ontario, Canada.  This man owned a successful construction company and had a private collection of 10 cars. He owned this car for most of it's life.
He took amazing care of this T/A and it is very original with minor restorations.  He sold all his cars and sold this T/A to the 2nd owner who had vacationed every summer up in Ontario and they had known this man over the years.  Paul owned it for 1½ years and was titled in Florida.  I purchased it from him and am now the third owner of this piece of history.

Its 4th of July 1988 and you are cruising with the T-Tops off when suddenly you notice three blondes at the local arcade. You roll up jamming Van Halen Hot For Teacher and you are able to pick up all 3. WOW imagine what happened, or what could have happened if you owned this GTA. These 3rd Gens are becoming more and more rare every day, especially in this condition. This is probably 1 of a couple hundred in this condition and this low of miles. The Story starts on July 5th 1988 when James Wheelie purchased this car from Harborside Pontiac in Mc Henry Illinois. Jim garage kept this car for the 25 years he had owned it. It was driven very little as you can tell by the low miles. Jim sold me this amazing original low mile collector car this Spring. I wanted to keep this one for myself but just don’t have the space in my garage. It took me 9 months of searching to find a GTA with this low miles and Pristine condition.
This is a loaded GTA with V8 5.0 Engine, Automatic Transmission, WS6 Suspension, T-Tops with original GM storage bags and shade inserts, Luxury trim group with leather seats, power lumbar and bolster seats, cruise control, intermittent wipers, power windows, power door locks, and power mirrors. Air conditioning, digital dash, diamond spoke rims. In 5-8 years this car may be worth $40,000 based upon the low miles and condition. Think about it, but don’t think to long or it may be gone! This car was purchased on November 7th 1980 by Brenda N. from Childers Pontiac of Kentucky. The car comes with the original sales contract paperwork, and the original window sticker (Not reproduction). It is believed that I am the 3rd owner of this vehicle. This car is in amazing original shape. It is one of the most beautiful cars from this era. The car looks as beautiful as the pictures show. These photos have not been enhanced! I specialize in collecting amazing cars and I would challenge anyone to show me an original 81 this nice. The Star Light Black exterior shines like new and the Velour Red interior invites you into the Car! This is an eye turning cruiser that is fitted with the 4.9 Liter 301 BBL engine and 4 speed Automatic Trans. So if you are looking for the fastest muscle car, than you would look at a TA with the 400 or the 455 engine. However, if you are looking to collect an original Beauty that helped define a generation look no further. This represents a generation of people who’s car’s made a statement of who the person was. On August 11th of 1976 Greg Weiner of Toledo Ohio custom ordered his 1977 400 4 speed to his liking from Roth Auto Sales of Toledo OH. I have the original window sticker, (Not reproduction) Build sheet, and original Bill of sale. Greg took amazing care of this car but had to get rid of it due to health issues. This ended his 35 year love affair with his TA. I have promised to find a good home for this car! This car comes with just about every part that had ever come off the car. There are also some parts included that Greg had meant to use over the years and just never made it on the car. (pics shown in gallery) The original Engine and Transmission had been rebuilt recently. I have receipt for that work. At that Time the engine was also re-sprayed GM blue. The car also had undergone 1 repaint with new decals. The undercarriage of this car is driver quality, but I took a degreaser to the bottom of one of the floor pans and sure enough the GM red oxide was underneath. With 10-12 hours of love this undercarriage could be amazing. (also shown in pics.) This TA has been slightly modified with an MSD ignition control module. MSD soft touch rev control so you don’t miss a gear when shifting. Also hooker headers and a flow master muffler. Again all original parts will come with the car including the original complete original exhaust system.
Another car means another dream. Imagine flying down the road jamming, It Feels Like The First Time by Foreigner. It may be as good as your first time if you know what I mean. While cruising 70 miles per hour shifting through the Gears of this legendary 400 4 Speed engine. The wind is blowing through your hair. You will surely be reliving your youth.
